Returns & Refunds policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be issued for any payments made to Gikson.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for the purchase of courses, subscriptions, coaching services, or any other offerings (“Services”).

By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. 7-Day Refund Eligibility

We offer a one-time, 100% refund of the amount paid, provided that:

  • The request for refund is made in writing via email to [support@gikson.com]

  • The request is received within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase

  • The user has not downloaded any paid content or attended more than three live session (where applicable)

If these conditions are met, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

2. No Refund After 7 Days

After the expiry of the initial 7-day period from the date of purchase:

  • No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Lack of usage or participation

    • Change of mind

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Technical issues not caused by the Company

    • Perceived dissatisfaction with the content or coaching style

By accepting these terms, the user irrevocably waives any right to dispute payments or request refunds via any payment gateway, bank, or platform after the said period.

3. Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable

All purchases are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other courses or services.

4. Discretion of the Company

In exceptional cases, and solely at our discretion, we may consider partial refunds or credits. Such exceptions will not set a precedent or be considered binding in future cases.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jaipur Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur Rajasthan, India

6. Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
